Meet The Coaches

Meet Shae Eichele

Shae is the founder and head coach of Echo Strength. She founded Echo Strength in February 2026 with the goal of creating a women’s-only online fitness and competition coaching business focused on helping women better understand nutrition, improve their relationship with food, learn how to properly fuel their bodies, train with intention, and reach both their physique and personal goals.

Shae believes fitness should be approached as a lifestyle change, and in detail, not a temporary fix. Anyone can follow a six-week diet to lose weight, but what happens when those six weeks are over? Her coaching focuses on creating sustainable habits and giving women the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate different seasons of their fitness journey from building muscle and improving performance to fat loss, maintenance, and everything in between.

Echo Strength’s roster includes women ages 19–55 with a wide range of goals and experience levels. Shae especially loves working with women pursuing significant weight-loss transformations, building muscle, improving their overall health, and developing a stronger relationship with food and fitness. She also loves to coach NPC Fit Model and Bikini athletes who are looking to take their physiques to the competitive stage.

Shae is a Bikini bodybuilder herself and understands firsthand the discipline, consistency, and attention to detail required to transform a physique. She is currently preparing for her 2027 competitive season, where she’ll be pursuing her goal of earning an IFBB Bikini Pro Card.

At the heart of Shae’s coaching philosophy is a simple belief: fitness should enhance your life. The goal isn’t just to change your body, it’s to build the knowledge, confidence, and habits that allow you to sustain those results for years to come.
